Arrested at Gatwick :- Man trying to Flee MET Police

Gatwick Airport Sussex Police D Team had an excellent arrest Saturday Evening.

With Information they had received from the met police that a subject had made his way to the airport to escape the country having allegedly committed a serious offence earlier in the day.

Gatwick Police located the subject at the airport getting onto a plane.

He was arrested, taken to custody and awaiting officers from London come to Gatwick to collect him.

In a separate incident Gatwick Airport Police D Team have arrested an adult male for assaulting an adult female at the airport just before boarding a flight. Gatwick Police said “Domestic assaults will always be robustly dealt with.”
