A number of police units have been spotted in Eastern road Brighton and on the fresh field business park after a car has apparently veered off Eastern Road in to the bushes by the Bingo Hall Carpark.
A local resident said he saw one person being detained near by and lots of police what looked like they were searching for someone else on the near by business park.
