As the country continues to come to terms with the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, Brighton and Hove council has set up several places where mourners can leave flowers or fill in books of condolences. Today the the Lord Mayor of Brighton read the ascension proclamation for His Majesty, King Charles out of the north balcony of Brighton Pavilion. This can be seen here.

- Portslade Town Hall
The town halls will be open from 9am to 5pm every day during the period of National Mourning for people to pay their respects.
