Road Policing Units (RPU) came across this Motorcycle while on patrol responding to reports of noisy motorbikes in the area of #Hastings & #Rother.
The motorcycle was stopped due to excessive noise, and on inspection it did not have any baffles fitted.
Sussex roads Police went on to say
It is an offence to ride without baffles in the exhaust, so the rider was issued with a vehicle defect rectification notice, whereby he needs to rectify the defect. The rider must produce the vehicle to an MOT station for inspection and confirmation to give to police that they have rectified any issues.
