Major Drug Dealer Louis Seyfi Locked Up for Five Years

Sussex Police's Operation Smith uncovers Seyfi's involvement in drug distribution.

Louis Seyfi Receives Five-Year Sentence for Cocaine Supply and Possession

Louis Seyfi, 25, has been sentenced to five years in prison after being found guilty of supplying cocaine and possessing cocaine with intent to supply. His trial at Lewes Crown Court concluded with a unanimous guilty verdict.

Sussex Police’s Serious Organised Crime Unit linked Seyfi to a major defendant during Operation Smith, an investigation into large-scale drug distribution in the Worthing area. A raid on his home in Chancton View Road, Worthing, led to the seizure of cash, cocaine, and incriminating mobile phones.

Detective Constable Jon Freeman of SOCU emphasised the significance of mobile phone analysis in proving Seyfi’s involvement in drug dealing. Despite prior convictions, Seyfi persisted in criminal activity, leading to consecutive prison terms totaling five years.

Freeman reiterated law enforcement’s commitment to combating drug trafficking, emphasizing the need to hold offenders like Seyfi accountable for their actions.
