Man Charged with Historic Rapes in Horsham

A man has been accused of several sexual assaults on a woman in Horsham, spanning from 1992 to 2004.

Oslen Kelman, 62, residing on Lambert Road in Lambeth, London, faces three charges of rape involving a woman currently in her 50s.

He has been granted bail and is scheduled to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 22.

Specialized officers are providing ongoing support to the victim during the legal proceedings.
