Emergency services rescue a man stuck in flooded ditch overnight in Pevensey

Emergency services responded to a man that was had been stuck in a flooded ditch near Pevensey overnight.

The alarm was raised on the morning of Saturday the 15th of October and emergency services from Sussex Rural Police along with East Sussex Fire service and SECAmbe attended.

With help from local farmers the man was recovered from the car and taken to the DGH in Eastbourne as a precaution.
