Travel update: Brighton Pride 2023

Trains

There are no trains to or from Brighton station on Saturday 5 August. Trains on the Brighton Main Line will terminate at Three Bridges and no services will run on the coastways into Brighton

On Sunday 6 August, trains will be running to and from Brighton station

Buses

Brighton & Hove Buses’ Diversity Bus will be running between the city centre and Preston Park for Pride on Saturday and a special service from Metrobus will also be running between Preston Park, Old Steine, and Kemp Town on Saturday afternoon and evening. 

There’s no parking at Preston Park and its surroundings on Saturday

Pride Parade

The parade starts at 11am on Hove Lawns and heads along the seafront to West Street, down North Street, onto Old Steine, and then heads up Marlborough Place onto London Road up to Preston Park

A number of roads are closed on Saturday from 9am – 4pm

Pride Village Party

Closures will be in place between 10am on Saturday to 1am on Sunday, and then between 1:30pm and 11pm on Sunday.
