Authorities are reaching out to potential witnesses in connection with a reported sexual assault incident in Eastbourne. The victim had an encounter with an unidentified man at approximately 5:15 pm on Sunday, January 7th, along Pig Lane, situated between Fletching Road in Hampden Park and Willingdon Drove in Langney.
Fortunately, the victim managed to escape from the situation, and the incident was promptly reported to the police.
The suspect is described as approximately 5’10” in height, of slim build, with short blonde hair and facial hair. He is believed to be in his mid-30s.
Eastbourne Police have conducted extensive searches within the vicinity and have heightened their patrols in response to the incident.
They are keen to speak with any witnesses who may have observed an individual matching the provided description in the area during the aforementioned time.
