Brighton Marina: Missing person found safe and well after intensive search

In the early hours of the morning, the Brighton lifeboat crew was urgently called into action at 2:59 a.m. in response to a distress call near Brighton Marina. The report indicated that an individual required assistance, prompting an immediate and extensive search operation.

The Brighton lifeboat crew worked in close coordination with Coastguard teams from Newhaven, Shoreham, and Birling Gap, as well as a helicopter, to conduct a comprehensive search of the area. After hours of intense searching, at 5:40 a.m., a sigh of relief resonated through the teams as they received crucial information confirming that the missing person had been found safe and well.
