Golden Retriever Walker Could Hold Key to Solving Hastings Stabbing Case

Detectives in Hastings are urging a woman with potentially crucial information to come forward as they investigate a stabbing incident that occurred on Monday, May 15th.

At approximately 7:50 p.m. on Monday, emergency services received a report regarding a 50-year-old woman who had sustained injuries in Bohemia Road. Swiftly responding to the call, paramedics promptly transported her to a local hospital, where she is currently in a stable condition.

In connection with the incident, the police have apprehended two individuals who are presently in custody. Their arrests signify a significant development in the ongoing investigation.

However, officers are particularly interested in locating a woman who was seen walking a golden retriever dog near the tennis courts situated at the St Margaret’s Road end of Falaise at around 8:05 p.m. It is believed that this woman may have had a conversation with a person of interest connected to the case. Detectives are eager to speak with her as she may hold key information vital to progressing the investigation.
