Victim Suffers Facial Injuries in Hastings Bus Assault, Witnesses Needed

Police in Hastings are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted twice on the Stagecoach 101 bus.

The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday (May 5). Following the assaults, the bus stopped outside Tesco in Ore Village, where both the victim and the assailant disembarked.

A subsequent assault took place in the street before the suspect and victim fled the scene. The victim suffered multiple facial injuries and was discovered by officers in the vicinity.
