Traffic alert: Vehicle recovery closes A22 NUTLEY

An incident earlier today on route A22 in Nutley has led to the temporary closure of the road in both directions as police facilitate the vehicles recovery.

The incident involved a single vehicle, which now requires removal from the scene. It has been confirmed that no injuries were sustained in the accident.

Road safety officials and emergency personnel are currently at the scene working to ensure the vehicle is removed swiftly and safely.

A police spokesperson reassured residents and motorists that the road will reopen shortly, once the vehicle has been successfully recovered and the scene is deemed safe.

Motorists are being advised to seek alternative routes until the recovery operation is complete.
